An Update From Australia Post
To protect frontline workers, Australia Post has made the decision to remove signature on delivery, effective immediately. At the current time, Australia Post drivers and posties are also changing the way they deliver parcels, standing further back from front doors of homes and asking residents if they've been in contact with anybody confirmed to have the COVID-19 virus, or are in self-isolation.
Standard Delivery (3-5 business days for orders placed by 4pm AEST):
Free standard delivery now on orders $49 and over.
Orders $48.99 and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $7.95.
3-5 business days for delivery to metro locations.
Express Delivery (for orders placed by 4pm AEST):
Free Express delivery on orders $99 and over.
Orders $98.99 and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $10.95.
Order by 4pm AEDT Monday-Friday for next business day delivery in
National Metropolitan areas. Regional areas may take longer.
Orders placed after 4pm AEST will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
Same day delivery – Sydney Only [Coming Soon]
Order before 12pm and we'll deliver your goods between 3pm and 9pm that same day.
Free same day delivery on orders $300 and over.
Orders $299.99 under can be delivered for a flat fee of $20.00, available in metro locations only.
Delivery will occur between 3pm - 9pm when you place an order before 12pm AEST.
In-Store Pickup
Free—If your items are eligible for in-store pickup,
you’ll see stores near you listed as delivery options in the shipping section during checkout.

Additional Information
We process orders Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
If you place your order after the cut-off times, we’ll process and
ship the order the next business day.
We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the
shipping option you’ve selected.
